About us

Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Our diverse, open, progressive (and fun) team is looking forward to new inspiring talents who want to shape the future of e-bike technology and establish a new bike culture with us.

Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for planning topics in the area of operations / logistics and work on various logistics topics along the value chain
  • You supervise optimisation projects for existing processes, contribute to the digitalisation of our processes and improve our warehouse structure
  • You build up a key performance indicator system for our supply chain and continuously develop it further
  • You are one of the contact persons within logistics for the introduction of a new ERP system
  • You develop new and optimise existing packaging concepts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • You design and implement a container control system
  • You carry out cost evaluations and ensure the economic efficiency of the developed concepts and processes at all times
  • By establishing lean methods, you contribute to the reduction of waste and thus make a contribution to sustainability
  • You take over tasks in the logistical planning of a new production site
  • You act as an interface between purchasing, production and sales - also across locations

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in economics / industrial engineering specialising in logistics, ideally with knowledge of packaging technology or a completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience
  • You have experience in logistics planning or packaging planning and have already managed various optimisation projects
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office programmes, especially Excel, and an ERP system
  • You have a high level of cost and quality awareness and think in a forward-looking and comprehensive manner
  • You like to improve processes and have high analytical skills
  • You are a team player, reliable and able to work independently and conscientiously
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are prepared for occasional business trips
