About us

Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Our diverse, open, progressive (and fun) team is looking forward to new inspiring talents who want to shape the future of e-bike technology and establish a new bike culture with us.

Your Tasks

  • You are the face of Porsche eBike Performance and independently look after our stationary specialist trade in your region and enjoy getting to grips with our drive systems
  • You share the enthusiasm for Porsche and FAZUA products as well as our services and conduct service and sales trainings, sometimes with over 50 participants, thus increasing the quality of service in the market and indirectly also the sales of ebikes with FAZUA drive systems
  • You plan marketing measures with our dealers and thus make the FAZUA brand visible at the point of sale on site and online
  • You support our OEMs with the launch of new FAZUA products
  • You work approx. 3-4 days per week in the field and 1-2 days remote
  • You are on the road at events and trade fairs to maintain your B2B network
  • You are the link between dealers, technical support and product management and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products

Your Profile

  • You have experience in field support and a good technical understanding and you are interested in e-bikes
  • You can inspire others for you and your products and are used to speaking in front of people
  • You communicate in a comprehensible, self-confident and target-oriented manner
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and know how to integrate yourself into a remote team
  • You have a very good knowledge of English, French, Belgian and Dutch
  • You are a resident in Northern France or Western Germany
  • You are passionate about what you do and see potential in how you can contribute your skills to the company
